Twenty-four to forty-eight hours before your appointment, exfoliate thoroughly with a non-oil-based scrub and shave or wax at least 24 hours prior. On the day of your appointment, arrive with completely clean, dry skin free of lotion, oils, deodorant, perfume, and makeup, and wear loose, dark clothing. After your spray tan, allow 8 to 12 hours for development and avoid showering, sweating, or tight clothing during that time. Rinse with lukewarm water only, gently pat dry, and begin moisturizing once your skin is fully dry.
